RV Camps on military bases offer deep discounts compared with prices at private campgrounds. Richmond FMWR has a year round RV Camp for overnight guest.
e north gate off of Strathmore Road, active or retired DoD cardholders and families can rent a slot for $20.00 per night. The park offers a doggie dump zone, electricity, water and a dump station. The six overnight sites are convenient to dining, shopping, down-town Richmond, and Richmond International Raceway.
